*What is a clearing loop?
In any area of our lives where we don’t have total lightness and total ease, clearing loops start changing that. You may have it playing in your space as often as you’d like, even with the volume turned off. After running the clearing loop you’ll get this new space in your reality that expands, expands, expands!
Throughout the clearing loop I ask a lot of questions. In my awareness, questions bring up the energy of a situation. Once the question brings up the energy, i’ll sometimes ask to destroy and uncreate that energy, because stuck energy is the source of barriers and limitations. Destroying and uncreating that energy will open the door to new possibilities for you and your space. How fun is that?!?
The more you play the clearing loop, the deeper it goes and the more levels and layers it can unlock for you and your space. You don’t have to understand the words in the clearing loop for it to work because it’s about the energy.
